This design-build, 13,300 square foot new addition included three operating rooms, two treatment rooms and 17 pre/post-op bays. The exterior of this single-story facility includes tilt-panel concrete walls with brick insets and accent bands, scored concrete patterns, and split face block patterns. The rooms include structural steel supports for equipment and medical gas booms. Mashburn also provided preconstruction services for this project.
