New York Butcher Shoppe

Mashburn was selected for the upfit of the new and improved New York Butcher Shoppe located just outside of downtown Greenville. NYBS is moving from their current space to a larger suite in the same building. Mashburn upfit approximately 6,000 SF of floor space, including a basement, to include a larger kitchen, sales floor, and executive offices for NYBS. The project included upgraded finishes such as walnut butcher block countertops installed on the sales counters and new wine bar counters. Mashburn worked to complete this project under an expedited schedule for NYBS in order to meet their holiday demand.
