Palmettos of Parklane

The new, 67,000 square foot Palmettos of Parklane facility provides 55 apartment suites (85 beds) in the Northeast Columbia area. The facility offers assisted living for their residents with five levels of care available if needed. Specialized amenities of this project included laundry rooms; private dining room; spa, salon and barber shop; wellness center and clinic; library and a recreation and hobby center.

The project scope also consisted of major earth-work and landscaping on a 6.3 acre site for this two story facility.

The steel frame building has a wood truss roof with a mixture of asphalt shingle and metal roofing. The exterior has hardiplank and aluminum siding.
