Mashburn has constructed multiple projects for this client.

For one project, we converted 9,864 square feet of existing space for a new retail store. Our team installed new mechanical systems, relocated restrooms and reconfigured the fire protection sprinkler system and electrical system. We also installed a new automatic storefront entrance and new furnishings. The project also included complete storefront renovation.

A second project involved combining five retail spaces to create a 10,000 square foot store with a dog wash and grooming department. The facility features an open ceiling and polished & stained concrete floors. For this project, our team also relocated the electrical services and relocated the bathrooms.

For all projects, our team worked diligently and efficiently to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
