This multi-phase commercial renovation project includes comprehensive public-space improvements and interior tenant suite renovations across multiple floors. The scope of work encompasses Suites 101, 108, 109, 201–205, and 209, with upgrades to architectural finishes, interior layouts, and functional spaces.

Construction is being completed in two carefully coordinated phases, with each floor renovated separately to maintain ongoing operations and minimize disruption to occupants. The project also includes specialized X-Ray room construction, requiring detailed coordination with technical systems and applicable regulatory requirements.
