New 45,000 SF manufacturing facility located in the Orangeburg County Industrial Park. Scope of work for plant included concrete tilt panel construction with structural steel frame, including all site work, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Two-story office area and executive suite within plant includes framing, drywall, acoustical ceiling, cabinetry, and granite floor tile.
