South Carolina Pediatrics Alliance Breastfeeding Center hired Mashburn to construct a new 6,000 SF facility, which included 3,500 SF of finished space and 2,500 SF of future expansion space for pre- and post-natal fitness programs. The new center was designed to be welcoming, open and spa-like by utilizing natural lighting. There were spaces for a lobby area for reception services, exam rooms, a nurse’s station, bathrooms, staff rooms, meeting/yoga areas, individual rooms and retail in the facility. Mashburn completed the sitework, which included earthwork, paving, sidewalks, a parking lot, landscaping and irrigation, water and sewer lines.
