Southern Urogynecology

In response to a growing Urogynecology practice, the Owner hired Mashburn to construct a larger, new medical office facility.

The 8,000 square foot medical office building includes a modern lobby and entry area; modern finishes; multiple exam rooms; a lab and triage area; nursing station; large multipurpose room; a conference room that doubles as a break room; and support offices for administration staff. The contemporary design utilizes wood framed walls, engineered wood roof joists and decorative radius wood soffits.

Site development included approximately 50 parking spaces incorporating existing storm water management system and connection to adjacent site utilities.

This project was completed on time and under budget.
