Located on the second floor of an existing medical office building, this project upfitted 10,250 SF of space. Work included demolition of walls/finishes and mechanical electrical and plumbing in existing medical space. Scope also included new finishes and MEP systems to support 4 new Operating Rooms, 2 Procedure Rooms, and 14 Pre/Post Operation Bays.

A large amount of work occurred in the existing parking garage below the space and in adjoining exterior spaces to provide the MEP infrastructure for this upfit.
