The Front Coffee and Tap at Sola Station

Mashburn Construction was selected by The Beach Company to provide Design Build Services to convert two cold dark shells into a 1,170 SF Coffee Shop. The two shell spaces were constructed with different floor elevations so a new handicap ramp had to be installed. The project consisted of a new service line, restrooms, janitor/electrical room, and a back of house closet. This open concept layout brings a perfect blend of food service space and collaborative space together.
