Three Rivers Behavioral Health

This addition included nine-beds for a behavioral health facility. Mashburn tied in two existing building wings, requiring a lot of coordination with the facility’s maintenance and building staff. This addition consisted of bedrooms, seclusion rooms, activity/quiet rooms, a nurses’ station, consult rooms and a shared courtyard with the existing building. We also installed non-ligature, tamper-proof finishes, and tamper-proof devices throughout. The drywall was specified to be impact-resistant throughout the addition, along with plywood installation behind the sheetrock in the bathrooms.
