Trident Technical College School of Culinary Arts

Mashburn renovated an old warehouse for the College’s School of Culinary Arts, which provides unique teaching spaces that allow students to learn in a creative yet cutting-edge environment. Interior and exterior renovations totaled 146,839 SF and provide new instructional classrooms, administrative, meeting spaces, and commercial kitchen areas.

Work included site preparations; parking and landscaping; new facades at main entrance; student entrance areas; and decorative concrete sidewalks with concrete brick pavers. The project scope also included new HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical additions to support new offices classrooms and meeting rooms.
