Tru Hotel by Hilton, Mt. Pleasant

This project involved the new construction of a 44,116 SF wood framed hotel encompassing four stories and 93 guest rooms with a new millennial wave design. Amenities included a fitness center, a breakfast room, a media center, and a gaming zone. The colorful exterior was constructed with EIFS storefront and curtain wall. Automatic entrances included auto operators and an electronic card reader system. The scope of work included concrete building pad/paving/sidewalks, finish carpentry, granite/quartz countertops and window sills, wood frame and trusses, metal roofing (TPO), doors/frames, guest room windows, acoustical ceilings, floor/wall hard tile, carpeting/resinous flooring, elevator, plumbing, fire sprinklers, HVAC, and electrical. Sitework included demolition of existing sidewalks, earthwork/grading, hardscape/landscape, irrigation, asphalt paving, and storm water/sewer/water.
