Tru Hotel by Hilton, Orangeburg

Mashburn completed the new construction of a 51,738 SF wood framed hotel encompassing four stories and 124 guest rooms with a new millennial wave design. The building includes amenities such as a fitness center, a breakfast room, a media center, a gaming zone, and a pool. Challenging sitework included earthquake drains, retention ponds and retaining walls. The colorful exterior made of EIFS, metal panels, storefront, and windows was designed to meet hurricane and seismic standards.
