USC Gamma Phi Beta Addition

Columbia, SC

The Gamma Phi Beta project at the University of South Carolina added 3,000 square feet to the sorority house. The expansion included enlarging the chapter room, as well as the addition of a crafting room, an outdoor patio space and an upstairs lounge area.

When laying the foundation for the expansion, our team encountered unsuitable soil that needed to be excavated and replaced while adhering to a tight schedule.

This project is being completed within a very tight timeline of 75 days on a restricted site.
