USC Kappa Kappa Gamma

5,500 SF addition to the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority house at the University of South Carolina.

The project expanded the chapter room to hold approximately 300 women, created a better layout for meal service, and added a dedicated study area and more gathering space.

Due to an aggressive schedule, KKG hired Mashburn in the Spring to assist their architect with pre-construction planning. Mashburn was able to finish the work over the summer before the students returned for the fall semester.
