Historic renovation of a dilapidated building on Trade, Fifth and Cherry streets into premium residential space. The 45 apartments occupy the top two floors of the building; the bottom two floors were renovated into a unique space for Mast General Store. A common elevator is shared by the retail space and the apartment tenants.

Mindful consideration was used to prevent disruption to pedestrian and vehicular traffic as well as neighboring tenants during construction. The tight site presented a unique challenge of zero laydown space; material delivery scheduling was critical with this job, and our team also utilized storage areas inside the building.
