This project included an addition and renovation of an existing nursing home as well as significant sitework. The design created a “home-like” atmosphere for residents.

The 16,000 square foot addition added two new dayrooms with abundance of natural light; large dining area with outdoor covered porch; avant-garde physical therapy space; physical therapy kitchen and bath areas; and an outside walking track for rehabilitation.

The 11,500 square foot renovation created larger dayrooms; transformed existing 3- and 4-bedroom suites to new, modern 1- and 2-bedroom suites for more privacy; and a new, state-of-the-art laundry room.

Our project team worked diligently to minimize disruption to staff and residents. Additionally, the heritage trees in close proximity to the facility were protected from any disturbance during construction.
