Construction Dive's Kim Slowey posted an article on the potential for a microunit megatrend in the U.S. The article suggests that millennials' top priority when looking for housing is not living space, but location.
It is predicted that millennials and baby boomers alike will lean more toward less space and shorter commute times than opting for more space with longer commute times which is the polar opposite of statistics from previous years.
