Mashburn Construction Announces Three New Hires in Greenville 

Greenville, S.C.—Mashburn Construction is pleased to announce the recent hire of three employees in the company’s Upstate Division. Tyler Dawson, Andrew Nico, and Lucas Rodenberg have each begun working out of the company’s Greenville office located at 18 East North Street.

“We look forward to being able to better serve our current and future clients with the addition of Tyler, Lucas, and Andrew. These gentlemen each bring a unique skill set that will only grow as they continue building their expertise in various areas within the firm, says Vice President of the Upstate Division, Berry Ponder.
“We are adding diversity in projects, in our skill sets, and with our ability to be competitive through these unprecedented times.”

Tyler Dawson has been hired as a Project Manager for the Upfit Division. Tyler graduated from Clemson University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering. He will be overseeing all upfit projects, for the Upstate office, from inception to completion. He and his wife, Leah, enjoy spending time with their “four-legged child” Remington and being outdoors.

Andrew Nico has been hired as a Project Engineer. He will be supporting the preconstruction and the project management departments. Andrew has been working with project managers to establish a Virtual Site Documentation program that can be implemented on construction sites. He graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in construction science and management with a minor in business administration. Andrew is originally from Charleston, but he is excited to make Greenville his new home.

Lucas Rodenberg is a full-time Project Engineer with Mashburn. The position was offered following the completion of his 2018 internship with Mashburn’s Coastal Division. Lucas graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in construction science management and a minor in business. Lucas enjoys playing basketball in his spare time.
