Madison White was named the 2026 recipient of the Builder of Choice award. This honor recognizes individuals who embody Mashburn Construction’s commitment to being the builder of choice through outstanding professionalism, accountability, and an unwavering dedication to excellence. A member of the Mashburn team for three years, Madison spent much of 2025 successfully managing two large-scale projects simultaneously. Her exceptional ability to balance complex timelines, lead teams effectively, and keep client satisfaction at the forefront distinguished her as a deserving recipient of this award.

Mashburn Construction proudly recognizes Jennifer Lavoie and Tyler Adkins as recipients of the Builder of People award, honoring individuals who invest in others, fostering professional growth, and lead with intention to strengthen teams and cultivate a culture where people thrive. Jennifer, a member of the Mashburn team for more than 22 years and based in the Charleston office, serves as Project Administrator and Office Manager and is often the first point of contact for clients and visitors. She is widely known for her collaborative spirit, team-first mindset, and consistent “yes” attitude. Tyler has been with the firm for nearly five years and serves as Project Executive, where he has emerged as a natural mentor, consistently supporting his team’s growth and development while helping build a strong future for the organization.

Cameron Mashburn was recognized with the Builder of Better Communities award for exemplifying Mashburn Construction’s commitment to creating positive, lasting impact beyond the jobsite through purposeful leadership and service. He has played a key role in advancing the efforts of the Community Involvement Committee, helping prioritize meaningful support for the communities where Mashburn lives and works. A natural leader, Cam consistently motivates others while successfully balancing these initiatives alongside his project responsibilities. Cam has been with Mashburn for two years and serves as Assistant Project Manager in the Columbia office.
