Greenville, S.C.—Mashburn Construction, is pleased to announce the hire of Tori Wallace-Babcock as Assistant Project Manager for the company’s Greenville Office.

Tori brings over 7 years of development, real estate, and construction related experience to the Mashburn team. She is a licensed real estate broker in South Carolina and serves as a Lecturer for Clemson University teaching a master’s level course on mixed-use development. Tori has a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University.

Berry Ponder, VP of the Upstate Division for Mashburn says, “Tori’s experience as a former Owner’s Rep and Real Estate Financial analyst will bring a new dimension of service to our current and future clients in the Greenville market. Not only will she provide valuable insight on development and leasing solutions during the planning phase, but she will manage projects through completion ensuring the clients goals are upheld.”

Tori is originally from Illinois and currently resides in Spartanburg. Her and her husband, Adam enjoy the outdoors and are looking forward to exploring some of the new breweries in the Greenville area and taking advantage of the many hiking trails.
